RF Cables

What's everyone using for RF cables? I have some low loss flexible cables (pink sheathing), and some really stiff stuff that I don't particularly love, since I fear it puts strain on the connector if it's not just the right length (which it never is). I trust Amphenol but it's pricey. Does anyone use a higher grade coax?

I am attempting to fix the poor signal/connection issue on my buoy cameras by upgrading the modem, and I'm thinking of changing how I route the coax. Right now all continuity is fine, but I do have a lot of connection points between the antenna, the buoy lid, and the inner electronics housing. I do not have another means of testing aside from a multimeter.

LMR-240, 50 Ohm coaxial cable is a good choice.
